SIMS can also be called upon to only play a planning and consulting role. We have seen many times that an “outside”, unbiased viewpoint can really bring a fresh perspective or prevent crucial mistakes by overlooking something at the inception or planning phase of a project.
Project tracking is made simple for our customers – we keep our customers up to date with time and progress tracking reports and feedback which can be tailor made to suit their needs. We understand that knowledge is empowering, so we strive to put the power in our customers’ hands by supplying information that ensures effective day-to-day adjustments, corrections and overall management of a project.
If our customers can anticipate possible snags, they can prepare for or even prevent them.
MANUFACTURING & INSTALLATION OF REPLACEMENT PARTS
Replacing parts in the operational cycle of a company’s production line can be very disruptive and costly.
SIMS has over the years and with the combined experience only years in the field can bring, refined this task to a fine art.
Parts are manufactured off-site, ensuring minimum interference to operations and installations are done safely but as swiftly as possible. All parts and materials used are in accordance with safety standards, as well as, customer-specific requirements. SIMS can supply all labour and equipment required in the installation possess.
ON-SITE WORK CREW ASSISTANCE
A dedicated work crew can be supplied to a site on a “permanent” basis if there is a continual need for daily maintenance tasks at an agreed monthly rate. This can be done complete with or without tools and equipment, depending on the customer’s needs. SIMS always try to remain as flexible as possible, to make allowances for each customer’s budgetary situation and physical requirements.
We ensure that our teams are appropriately trained and certified for the tasks that they will be faced with; for example some sites may require them to work within confined spaces, whilst others may need to work at heights. We ensure that they have the appropriate qualifications.
